Description

   It is a recombinant thermostable DNA polymerase purified with high purity. By using an optimized buffer, the

production of non-specific amplification can be reduced and the desired PCR product can be specifically produced. Fast PCR experiments are possible due to thermal stability and high processivity. The researcher can quickly obtain gene amplification results from a small amount of template such as nucleic acids extracted from a small amount of bacterial colony used in cloning experiments, gDNA obtained from plant tissues, and gDNA from a variety of mammalian tissues. Since this product is also provided in the form of a premix, PCR experiments can be easily performed by adding only DNA template and primers.
