By coupling with Anti-Taq Monoclonal Antibody, it is a Taq DNA polymerase that is activated by high-temperature treatment, so the generation of non-specific products can be minimized. Genes can be effectively amplified when the amount of template DNA is small or the template DNA has a complex structure. Because of its high amplification specificity for individual genes, it can be used for multiplex experiments and molecular diagnostic tests that simultaneously amplify multiple genes. Therefore, gene amplification results can be confirmed quickly.
