Products purpose
It widely used for measuring the temperature of oxidizing, reducing and inert gas conditions, especially suitable for temperature measuring of over 1800℃, also can be applicable to complex and poor environment.
Technology Features
- Diboride zirconium composite ceramic thermocouple is researched and developed by our company, it is our patented invention.
- It can be used for measuring the furnace temperature of over 1800℃ in long-time working; this technology filled the international blank. But the maximum temperature of traditional double platinum and rhodium thermocouple is 1800℃, the long-time working safe temperature is 1600-1700℃. It is difficult for double platinum and rhodium to measure 1750-1800℃ in long-time under oxidizing condition.
- The accuracy of adjusted Diboride zirconium composite ceramic thermocouple is close to double platinum and rhodium thermocouple, but its temperature repeatability and lifetime are both greater than double platinum and rhodium thermocouple.
- Diboride zirconium composite ceramic thermocouple consists of temperature-sensing element, protective pipe, ceramic core pipe, filling materials, junction box, signal regulating and transform circuit, sigma temperature-control meter, connecting line and other assistant devices.
- The different design for protective pipe, to suit for different poor environment, to meet the needs of temperature measuring in different environments.
Scope of application
- Apply to graphite furnace, molybdenum wire furnace, tungsten coil furnace, oxidizing furnace, vacuum furnace, gas furnace.
- Apply to melting furnace, steel furnace, reacting furnace, induction furnace, various high temperature furnaces.
- Apply to aircraft temperature probe, temperature measuring in special occasions, temperature measuring in poor conditions, long-time temperature measuring of resistance to corrosion and ant oxidation.
- Especially apply to temperature measuring of over 1800℃, can be used as high temperature standard sensor.

These ultra-high temperature sensors can work under both vacuum and oxidizing atmosphere, marking the history of measuring the maximum temperature in contact-type under oxidizing atmosphere.
In 2011, our company set up an Ultra-high Temperature Sintering Experiment and Engineering Center engaged in various sintering experiments at the range of 1000-3000 degrees Celsius, becoming the first high temperature laboratory available to domestic and abroad in China.Up to now we have got 50 technology patents and intellectual properties.
