High temperature gas pressure reaction sintering furnace

- Mainly used for samples sintered under high temperature and high pressure gas.
- This equipment consists of heating elements, chamber, high pressure shell, measuring and control temperature system, cooling system, gas pressure furnace door, various pipes, valves, sigma data management software.
- The working pressure is 2-10mpa, the user can choose the different heating element and different heating method, the maximum working temperature is 1000-2200℃.
- The working environment is oxidizing atmosphere, air, N2, inert gas.
- Using gas pressure furnace door locking system and can open the door quickly, easy to operate and with good safety.
- Double-stage security alarm system and over-temperature alarm, and with alarm functions once there’s water failure, power failure, phase missing, thermocouple damaged.
- Provide RS-485 communication port, Sigma data management software, have paperless record history data and rising curves, with the functions of adjusting the temperature error, can control more computers.
- PID auto-setting automatically, it can be programmed 30 segments rising procedures automatically.
- Various design of security protection, with good safety performance and have a long life.

In 2010, our company invented the diorite and zirconium composite ceramic heating elements and thermocouples, the maximum working temperature of which can reach 2600 degrees Celsius. These ultra-high temperature sensors can work under both vacuum and oxidizing atmosphere, marking the history of measuring the maximum temperature in contact-type under oxidizing atmosphere.
In 2011, our company set up an Ultra-high Temperature Sintering Experiment and Engineering Center engaged in various sintering experiments at the range of 1000-3000 degrees Celsius, becoming the first high temperature laboratory available to domestic and abroad in China.Up to now we have got 50 technology patents and intellectual properties.
