Product Information
All the materials used in electric / microwave ovens
should be durable at the high temperature of their normal operation. (600°C
- 700°C)
The proper sheath materials are Incoloy840, SUS321, and SUS309S.
The heating wire should be NCHW-1 or materials of higher quality. The insulator
should be MGO for high temperature.
As for terminal sealing material, combination of glass frit and silicon liquid
is recommended.
