Product Information
Heating elements for regenerators are usually operated
at high temperatures of 700°C - 800°C, thus all materials should endure such
conditions.
The recommended sheath materials are Incoloy 840, SUS316L, and SUS321.
The heating wire should be NCHW-1(Ni80, Cr20) or material of equivalent / higher
quality.
The insulator should be MgO for high temperature.
In case, the temperature terminal goes up higher than
200°C, the terminal should be coated with glass frit, or higher-heat resistant
sealing materials should be used for safety.
The standard outer diameter of the sheath is Ø6.5 or Ø8.0 and the
length is 300mm~4500mm.
