Product Information
Heat-resistance and corrosion- resistance are important properties of the ideal material for defrosting heaters.
Incoloy840, SUS316L, and SUS321 are ideal products. It is important to ensure terminal sealing process to prevent hyper-graciocity effectively.
Usually rubber molding is done after the silicon sealing process but a more secure sealing method is to use dual wall heat shrinkable tube, which also improves process.
The outer diameter of the heating component is 6.5 or 8.0 and the maximum length of the heating part is 4500mm.
