Kimbap is a traditional Korean dish made with rice, vegetables and seaweed (laver). After assembly, each roll is cut and frozen in a rapid freezer. It can be microwaved for 2~3 minutes prior to consumption.

Fried tofu & burdock kimbap consists rice, seaweed, carrots, spinach, pickled radish, fried tofu and burdock marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil.
