MiKro dPCR Droplet Generator
Droplet generator using microfluidics to create multiple droplets for MiKro dPCR analysis using the combination of oil and PCR mixture.
The droplet size varies depending on the fluid pressure, processing time, and viscosity of the components in the droplet generator. We offer customization options to achieve the droplet size desired by the customer. Additionally, we manufacture consumables such as oil and cartridges used in droplet generation, enabling us to supply them at a lower cost.
MiKro dPCR Droplet Analyzer
Created droplets can be read using TAS-100 Droplet analyzer to count PCR-positive and PCR-negative droplets with five-fluorescence signal detectors.
Droplets are continuously flew through the singulator and evenly aligned droplets passed a five-fluorescence detection unit in a serial manner.
Up to 96 samples can be processed per run for SYBR or probe based digital PCR applications.
