Yipsejoo has a refreshing and smooth taste. It features our own patented techniques and materials,such as,natural sweetener manufacturing and patented water, and no flavor enhancing additives like Monosodium Glutamate(MSG).
Moreover, a special method for ethanol refinement was used to maximize the purity of the ethanol, the raw material to make soju. The patented aging technique by Bohae added a taste only found in a properly aged soju while keeping it smooth to the palate. Most importantly, Yipsejoo has a clean taste that comes from our own crystal clear water. We use the pure natural water from an aquifer 253m below the Noryeong mountain range. The rebirth of Yipsejoo is the result of several in-depth consumer surveys that were carried out from the product development stage.
