This product is a quick-curing two-part adhesive composed of epoxy resin, renowned for its strong adhesion to moist surfaces without causing discoloration, staining, or spreading on stone. It boasts exceptional physical and chemical properties, including robust bonding strength, water resistance, and durability. Moreover, it is easy to use with a resin-to-hardener mixing ratio of 1:1 and is categorized into spring, summer, and winter types based on seasonal suitability. Certified as eco-friendly, it meets the highest environmental standards, containing no harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, phenol, or benzene, ensuring user safety and environmental protection.

1. Pre-Installation Checklist

   1. Completely remove any oil, dust, and other contaminants from the installation area.

   2. Ensure the installation area is dry and free of moisture before starting work.

2. Stone Epoxy Adhesive Application

1. Mix the resin and hardener in a 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly before use.
         ※ Failure to mix in the correct ratio or insufficient mixing may cause delayed drying and poor adhesion.
2. Mix only the necessary amount and use it within the pot life (30 minutes at 20°C).
3. Apply the mixed adhesive by dabbing it onto the corners and sides of the stone.(If the mixed adhesive gets on the stone surface, quickly clean it off with a thinner)
4. After applying the adhesive, make sure the materials being bonded stay in place until the adhesive is completely dry. Moving them too soon can weaken the bond.

3. Precautions during the construction

(1)     Mixing Ratio: Ensure to follow the correct mixing ratio. Incomplete mixing or partial mixing can weaken the properties and prevent proper hardening.

(2)     Use Within Pot life Time: Use the mixture promptly within its pot life time. It's recommended to mix and use small quantities (approximately 1-2kg). Mixed materials left beyond this time may experience severe degradation in adhesive strength and workability.

(3)     Timely Adjustments: If adjustments are necessary, make them within the designated pot life time.

(4)     Temperature Sensitivity: At temperatures below 5°C, hardening may be significantly delayed, while temperatures below 0°C can result in incomplete hardening and poor adhesion. Avoid working under these conditions.

(5)     Consultation for Alternative Uses: Before using for purposes other than dry, semi-dry, or bonding applications, seek guidance.

(6)     Storage and Disposal: Store leftover products in sealed containers away from sunlight. Dispose of any products showing signs of deterioration or hardening.

(7)     Inadequate Surface: Enhance adhesion by treating deficient surfaces with epoxy primer before applying the mixture.

(8)     Safety Measures: In case the adhesive comes into contact with body skin during work, promptly wash it off with soap and water.
