Traditional Korean bugak contains the wisdom of our ancestors, who ate them out of season after storing them when they were in season. 

Bukgak is made by starch coating various raw ingredients including agricultural and marine products such as seaweed, maturing them, and frying them for a short time using non-GMO corn oil. 

With less fat than other snacks and chips, bugak is crispy and keeps the flavors of its raw ingredients intact.
