Inspired by Tigre, a traditional French baked confectionery, we brought innovation to protein frozen bakeries that had never existed before by adding a savory butter flavor and cream filling.
Instead of using wheat flour, we use only easily digestible gluten-free ingredients and lactose-free ingredients for people with lactose intolerance.
In addition, to increase protein and dietary fiber, only WPI, gluconan, tofu, and soy milk are used to ensure a pleasant feeling of fullness.
Frozen protein bakeries have these advantages: We do not use milk, flour, refined sugar, or synthetic ingredients, but only natural ingredients without worrying about carbohydrates, fat, or calories.
The main ingredients of bread sheets are tofu, almond flour, and glutinous rice flour. The softness of the tofu and the lightness of the almond powder create a soft bread taste.
In the case of filling cream, soy milk is used as a base to reproduce the savory taste of cream cheese and contains plenty of healthy vegetable protein.
Since it is made from non-GMO soybeans, the main ingredient of tofu and soymilk, it is safe to consume.
Frozen protein bakery has 200 kcal per 100g, depending on the taste, and is flavored with glycomannan, which is rich in dietary fiber, and allulose, a natural sweetener, for satiety and calories.
