The KMG

is a universal marine engine reducer widely used in Korea and abroad.

The ship engine reducer KMG (200~1400PS) operates smoothly in both forward and reverse directions.

It applies a hydraulic valve patented in Korea (Patent No. 0356334) to operate within 0.5 seconds when switching between forward and reverse.

Produced with precision equipment and parts, KMG features a delicate gear mechanism with high durability and low noise structure. KMG produces various types of standard reducers with different reduction ratios.

The KMG-L

is a heavy-duty reducer with increased size and durability to withstand large forces that are suitable for ship size and operation methods.

For strong loads, the high-quality and highly durable KMG-L type is used.

The KMG-WJ

is a compact and lightweight waterjet gearbox that features a flushing function to maintain the impeller without causing damage.

The compact size of the gearbox allows it to be used in narrow engine rooms, and it offers a range of different reduction ratios to suit various applications.

The gearbox also includes a reverse function that allows for the discharge of impurities from the impeller.

This product can be used as a replacement for the ZF waterjet gearbox, and it is available at a lower cost and with faster delivery.

The KMG-WJ is a product supplied to unmanned watercraft by domestic public agencies.

KMG-DA

is the culmination of 35 years of experience and expertise in developing gearboxes for marine engines.

This product is a custom-made gearbox by Kisung Marine that allows engines to be installed horizontally.

We produce 5-degree, 7-degree, and 8-degree inclined gearboxes.

With the crankshaft, piston, ring, and valve moving as vertically as possible in the direction of gravity, the durability of these parts approaches the design standards, helping to increase the engine's lifespan.

Even when the ship is rocking, the oil pan is kept horizontal to prevent air from entering the oil suction port, which effectively increases the overall durability of the engine.

As a result, the overhaul cycle is significantly extended, increasing the engine's lifespan.
