It has a lower alcohol content than the regular Seoul Night with a rich, deep aroma.

Pure plum wine with Yellow Plums

We use fully ripe golden plums for our plum wine.

Our product philosophy is to use the finest ingredients

to create the finest products.

We carefully select the best quality plums, such as "Baekgaha" and "Namgomae", grown in the pristine natural conditions of the Cheonhye region, where Baekunsan mountain and the Seomjin River's winds meet, to produce our plum wine.

Secondary distillation by low temperature

Using vacuum distillation that starts boiling at low temperatures,

we have enhanced the natural flavor of the ingredients without

any burnt taste.

Afterward, we refine it using frozen filtration technology, creating a clear and pure distilled spirit.

GIN from SEOUL

A gin distilled in Seoul with juniper berries (Chinese juniper fruit) to achieve a delicate balance of plum and fragrance.

We soak the plums in alcohol to more effectively promote the penetration and extraction of flavor components.
