DNS - Da Neung Sik, Vegan Fermented Meal replacement Shake in natural protein and probiotics.

A simple pack of fermented meal made out of 14 natural ingredients will be a perfect meal. 

It is certified as vegan food that doesn't include gluten, refined sugar and animal ingredients and satisfies 30% of the recommended daily protein.

We dried and grinded chungguk jang powder, oat, brown rice, konjac, cranberry, lemon, fig, sweet pumpkin, broccoli, banana, spinach, sunflower seed, almond, and peanut which are essential ingredients for weight control.

Fermentation is a food processing method that can explosively increase beneficial bacteria in food. There are many kinds of fermented food such as yogurt, cheese, kombucha, vinegar and alcohol. In Korea, fermented foods have been eaten on a daily basis since long time ago. Chungguk jang, kimchi, soybean paste, and gochujang are the famous fermented foods. Chungguk jang is one of Korea’s traditional fermented foods and is known to have been eaten since the 1700s. Koreans leave boiled soybean in a warm space until it is fermented and cook it in various ways. Soybeans, which were the most important source of protein for the common people who were lack of nutrients during a time when meat was not abundant, became more nutritious through fermentation. Even though it is known to be similar to Japanese natto, but the texture, taste and smell are very different due to the different types of bacteria used for fermentation. In Korea, Chungguk jang is usually cooked in water with vegetables and tofu just like stew and also, it is soul food for Korean that warms the body with Chungguk jang stew in the cold winter.

Fermentation helps our body to absorb nutrients better. Particularly, the probiotics of Chungguk jang increase the protein absorption rate of soybeans and help digestion by causing the intestinal regulation that makes the large intestine work normally. Manganese and magnesium, which are abundant in soybeans, generate energy through the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids, and support the formation of bone and cartilage tissues. Isoflavones and vitamin E, which are abundant in beans, suppress active oxygen in the body that causes aging, prevent oxidation of cell membranes, and help prevent skin aging. The sticky metabolite produced by fermented soybean paste is a natural substance that helps smooth blood circulation by removing blood clots in the body and lowers blood pressure.

We have modernized the traditional method of natural fermentation using rice straws and completed our own technology of isolating and culturing Chungguk jang bacteria. We have developed Chungguk jang with Bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis in it, which are beneficial probiotics for our body, and removed risk factors such as Escherichia coli that may exist during natural fermentation through rice straw. In addition, we removed odor-causing germs and the unique odor generated during fermentation, anyone can enjoy it easily and deliciously.
