Product Description
GWD101 is a PM detector IC which integrates an analog front end, power block, dust signal processing blocks and peripherals. Theanalog front end consists of a Transimpedance amplifier (TIA) to receive a signal of the photo diode, two Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) with low pass filter, the external high pass filter, and the 12-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC).
The power block contains two LDOs for analog core and digital core, the Automatic Power Control (APC) for laser diode. The dust signal processing blocks is composed of a parameterized particle counter (PC), a simple Digital Signal Processor (DSP) unit and a MCU with 8k bytes Flash memory.
The peripherals are PWM, UART, and SPI or I2C for host interface.
