[NANO-COATING SHIELD TO IMPROVE GLASS QUALITY] Ceramic nano coatings block microscopic pores of the glass. Due to the imperfect coating film caused by manual work, as the number of re-coatings is accumulated (usually 3 to 4 times), the coating duration becomes prolonged when a seamless ceramic film is formed. (30 days at initial coat, 90 days after 3~4 times coats). Since it takes more than two weeks for the coating agent and glass to completely bond at room temperature, coating several times at a time does not block the pores.
