[Uhsawha, a symbol of success]
Uhsawha refers to paper flowers bestowed to a person by the King of the Joseon Dynasty for passing the state examination. In PyeongChang Winter Olympics, uhsawha mascot gained great popularity as it was given to the medalists. As such, uhsawha carries a message of success including wealth, honor, winning an exam and victory. We have branded uhsawha based on this historical context of Korea. Uhsawha products were designed as souvenirs for tourists and as a good gift for those who are preparing to get a job or those who want a promotion. As part of ESG management, we have selected two items in particular: an eco-bag package made of recyclable materials and a mug to help reduce the use of disposable cups. The Taegeukgi (the flag of South Korea) color combination was applied to the Velcro part of the eco-bag and pouch where users can freely attach and remove uhsawha patches of various designs. The uhsawha mug handle has a shape of uhsawha that captures both aesthetics and functionality.
