• This technology is a technology that is related to the vertically sealed type among the geothermal systems. 
• It is a ground heat exchanger unit. Previously, as the transfer type, 220 meters was the limit.
• Regarding this part, we established a load band. And it is in the condition of having raised and placed up to the phase regarding which the construction is possible generally up to 300 meters.
• Generally, in case we installed 300 meters as the transfer type, compared to the preexistent, general metal pins,
• it got around to possessing the form of the heat exchange capacity going up by over nearly two times. 
• In the case of the official type, in the same way, we got around to being possible to materialize up to 300 meters, too.
• In the case of the official type, regarding the heat exchange capacity, even up to 5.5w~6w, too, became possible.
• This product install the smart tag on geothermal boreholes and ground pipe by using internet of things (IoT) technology to know accurate location of geothermal boreholes.

This is the vertical closed-loop geothermal system and this method makes depth of ground heat exchanger installation up to 300m or more compared to existing technology. Thus, this can improve economic feasibility as increasing heat efficiency.

There are 4 characteristics of this product,
1) Install weigh band and weight added device on the exterior and lower part of the geothermal coil pipe to increase the weight per unit and this can solve buoyancy problems.
2) It has various types of geothermal coil pipe (i.e. 2,4) and expand the diameter of geothermal coil pipe to improve heat exchange rate.
3) The manhole and leakage sensor are installed for maintenance and inspection on the ground burial area
4) Install the smart tag on geothermal boreholes and ground pipe by using internet of things (loT) technology to know accurate location of geothermal boreholes.
