10. Inspection, Supervsision and Sorting of Product on Special Equipment

11. Fouthly wahsing of Prodcut (FINAL)

12. Removal of Water, weighing and Packing

13. Freezing in fast freezers and packing carton box -23'C in 2.5 hours and Storage at -18'C
