Packaging paper impregnated with sublimational, anti-rust compounds at room temperature

Principle

VCI particles sublimate and ionize every part of the metal surface, forming an anti-rust monomolecular film. This monomolecular film chemically blocks oxygen, preventing the products from becoming the hydroxide ferric metal.

It is a packaging paper that prevents rust of iron and non-ferrous metal by impregnating our own VCI solution into kraft paper.

We can provide products by coating PE, OPP, Burlap, etc. according to the customer's customization.
