Axle system is a thermal imaging solution using high performance cooling IR camera that can inspect train axle and wheel while trains are passing by the system.
The system is capable of detecting deterioration and faulty of train axle automatically by using an advanced algorithm that we have developed over 5 years. It can prevent serious problems such as derailment and costly unplanned downturn from unexpected equipment failure.
Reliability of the system have been verified by KORAIL which is biggest railway company in South Korea.
