Our 3,300m2 of cleanroom facility, equipped with Air Shower, HEPA filter, HVAC, and Air Conditioning, is maintaining 1,000 class cleanroom
(1) Airshower
Cleanroom air showers remove loose contaminants and fine dust from people before they enter the cleanroom, eliminating product defects.
(2) HEPA Filter
HEPA, which stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air, is able to trap 99.97 percent of particles that are as small as 0.3 microns.
(3) HVAC System
It is an automatic temperature and air control that removes moisture, odors, dust, airborne bacteria, carbon dioxide, and other harmful gases.
Air Conditioning
Air circulation system with a series of connected structures reducing carbon dioxide volume, thereby reduces workplace fatigue.
