Mixing brown rice with blossom mushrooms, "Fermented blossom mushroom (premium)" is good to eat at once and is also effective in strengthening immunity such as anti-cancer by fermenting it using good lactobacillus to absorb digestion well.
Blossom mushrooms are white or light yellow mushrooms that grow at an altitude of 1000m above sea level in summer. Blossom mushrooms have a variety of nutrients such as beta-glucan, amino acid, vitamins and minerals, and dietary fiber. Beta-glucan is known to be the most abundant food in blossom mushrooms and is also known for hypothyroidism, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, and atopy. Recently, anti-cancer effects have been proven in various papers, and the easiest way is to eat blossom mushroom powder on the market or granules with small clumps of blossom mushroom powder, which is made by processing blossom mushroom into granules.
