1) Hastelloy has good resistance to corrosion and corrosion doors. It withstands a variety of corrosive media at high temperatures up to 677 ℃ in oxidizing and reducing environments. Hastelloy c-22 and c-276 can withstand the corrosion of wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions, and are the only materials that provide significant corrosion resistance to high concentration chloride solutions (such as iron chloride and copper chloride).

Hastelloy c-22 and c-276 have excellent welding performance and have been widely used in chemical and petrochemical fields, such as parts in contact with chlorinated organics and catalyst systems. It is especially suitable for high temperature, seawater corrosive environments mixed with impurities of inorganic and organic acids (formic and acetic acid, etc.).

2) Inconel 718

Nickel is a heat-resistant alloy containing 15% chromium, 6~7% iron, 2.5% titanium, and less than 1% aluminum, manganese, and silicon. Not only does it have strong heat resistance, but also corrosion resistance is not bad.

It withstands various corrosive environments including corrosion by chlorine. The typical characteristic of 718 is that age hardening occurs very slowly, and it is a material that can be welded without natural hardening as long as it is cooled slowly. It is widely used in various drilling tools such as packer, surface safety valve, hanger, etc. related to the development of high pressure deep corrosive crude oil mining equipment during petroleum mining production.
