*How to eat barley sprout.

Drink twice a day, 1 stick (3g) in the morning on an empty stomach and 

1 stick in the evening in cold or lukewarm water (180ml).

It is recommended to store at room temperature.

It can be taken in slightly warm water, but do not use steamy boiling water.

Overeating may cause bloating, diarrhea or indigestion.
