Industrial Knife

Saerim has been manufacturing and supplying customized, high-performance and long service life of industrial knives in utilized in tire industry, plastic and paper industry etc. We work in close technical cooperation with MTV Cutting- Edge Co., in Germany to manufacture various customized cutting knives.

Specially adapted long service life coating technology of hard materials can make possible to increase life time in durability compared to conventional knives and decrease in production downtime caused by frequent change of knives.

Air clutch (Bladder type)

The bladder type of air clutches are used for tire building and cutting processes in the tire industry. Saerim developed bladder type to be separated from frame and rubber parts. With new technology patented, Tire manufacturers can only replace rubber part (bladder) only that can be able to prevent defects of components, save cost and time.

NGC (Non-grinding Uniformity Correction) Machine

Non grinding uniformity correction is a method and apparatus for reducing the magnitude of a uniformity characteristic in a cured tire without grinding the tire tread
