Kmill is an Innovative  “Millstone” Grinder.

Kmill uses millstones to grind instead of cut, which ables the particles to be more smooth and undamaged.

We produce our stones at 1400℃ degrees to allow no harmful substances and grinds in 1,700 rpm to minimize the oxidation and destruction of nutrients. 

Kmill is capable of grinding  all 3 types of ingredients such as wet, dry and even oily ones.

1. Dried ingredients such as wheat, rice, corn, beans, oats, spices and various seasonings

   - Millstone allows to grind any ingredient as a whole which leads to a lot more nutritional value such as wholegrain.

2. Wet ingredients such as wet beans, corn, various fruits, smoothies and more

   - Grinding in stead of cutting makes the particle circular and soft to swallow smoothly. 

3. Oily ingredients such as roasted peanuts and roasted  sesame seeds

   - Taste the natural flavor of peanuts and aromatic smell of sesame. Grind the deep savory taste of sesame 

     and peanuts as a whole. 

If we switch the millstone to Steel Grater ( as an option item), we can grind ingredients such as ice, garlic, ginger, pears, apples, potatoes, onions, watermelon, and more.
