BUTTON BIT

E.S(Extend,Shrink)BIT(UnderReaming System)

The E.S Bit was specially designed to enable the Guide bit to perform most of the drilling operation directly while the Expanded Bit Heads perform reaming operation.

Thus, this design helps to minimize the loss of hammer energy despite maintaining a high drilling efficiency.

KODEX BIT

When drilling in unstable ground conditions, collapse of side wall cause difficulties during drilling and increase expenses

After drilling to the required depth, Kodex bit can be lifted up by rotating it in the opposite direction through the casing.

Further drilling can be achieved by changing it into a conventional DTH bit.

ROCK DRILL

A Rock Drill is a drilling machine that is used to drill a blast hole by crushing the rock and ore. By using a compressed air or an electric motor,

the hammer moves back and forth in order to crush the rock at the job site.

TRICONE BIT

Down the Hole hammer bits are widely used nowadays as it works efficiently.

However, Tricone bits are also popular in job sites where Down the Hole Hammer bits are not efficient.

A Tricone bit is used instead of a Down the Hole hammer bit when civil complaints are issued at the job site area.

This is because Tricone bit produce less noise and less vibration during drilling.
