Hyomoro Multi Purpose Sweet Soy Sauce is an allaround cooking soy sauce that can be used for all kinds of cooking with soy sauce. The product is a substitute for condiments in bulgogi, jangjorim (beef boiled down in soy sauce), stir-fried vegetables, and japchae (stir-fried meat and vegetables), and acquired vegan certifi cation for vegetarians. The main ingredients are soy sauce base, brewed soy sauce, oligosaccharide, pear concentrate and juice, and yeast extracts.
