KS M 6080 Class 4 Fusion-typed Plastic Paint refers to solventless coatings which are made by

mixing synthetic resins and extender pigments with a variety of colors(white    and yellow, etc),

which is used for marking the lines on road surfaces or runways via heating and melting when doing road works.
