ZF2

KEMP ZF2is a special solution of corrosion resistant coating effectively protecting the material from the corrosion through the strong galvanizing process as the water soluble, organic, heat drying and self curing type zinc paint (metallic silver) designed to protect the metal material for a long. Diverse coating types such as spray, dip, dip spin are applicable to the production line. This excellent water soluble inorganic coating material is used for the protection of metal and extends the life of STS, aluminum and hot dip galvanizing. 

HIGANIC

HIGANIC is an organic-inorganic hybrid resin designed for long-term protection to non-ferrous metals(SUS,hot-dip galvanizing) other than aluminum. HIGANIC is a semi-ceramic paint that complements the disadvantages of organic paints. it has corrosion resistance, weatherability , high hardness, flame retardancy and chemical resistance. It can be used for existing powder coating and fluorine coating production lines.

GSAVE

GSAVE is an inorganic self-curing ceramic coating agent. The curing reaction proceeds slowly immediately after mixing of the Resin : Liquid, hardener: Zn flake. GSAVE coating time varies depending on the temperature, so please check the usage time according to the temperature of use and observe the working time.

GPLUS

GPLUS Solution is a one component type product in inorganic coating system. The color is clear and It is an environmentally  friendly  coating agent that meets the  RoHS standard and does not contain hazardous chemicals. GPLUS is possible to improve the Performance enhancement of Electro (hot-dip) galvanizing, Metal Coating.

ZF2

1. Finished conditions: Matt and Metallic Silver 

2. Drying  time: 5~10 minutes are required for the tack-free dry | 

Dry at the temperature of 200℃ for 20 minutes is required for the complete dry (Basic property and complete property are 

expected 1 day after the natural dry and 7 days later respectively).   

3. Solid volume ratio: 34% ISO3233 

4. Theoretical coating ratio: 34 ~ 17㎡/kg at the condition of 10 ~ 20㎛ on the plane 

5. Specific gravity: For mixture, about 1±0.02 ASTM D1475 

6. Coating type: Spray, Dip, Dip spin 

7. Initial manufacturing viscosity Zahn #3: 14 ~ 16 seconds 

Maximum usable viscosity: Within 25 seconds, 22 seconds and 30 seconds for the spray, dip and dip spin respectively. 

8. Heat-resisting temperature:  400℃ ~ 450℃ 

9. Storage period: 10 months from the date of manufacturing with sealed.

HIGANIC

1. Finished condition : Matt, Gloss (Metallic Silver, Various colors) 

2. Dry time : Dry to touch 10 ~ 15min | Complete dry 200℃ * 20min 

3. S.V.R: Color 50% (Depends on color) ISO 3233 

Clear 36% 

4. Theoretical coating ratio : 20~25㎛    Color 25 ~ 20 ㎡/kg 

                                                     Clear 18 ~ 14.4 ㎡/ kg in the plane 

5. Specific gravity : mixture 1 ~ 1.1 ASTM D1475 

6. Coating Type : Spray, dip , dipspin 

7. Viscosity Zahn #3 : 24~ 26sec 

8. Heat-resistant temperature:  300 ~ 350℃ 

9. Storage period : 12 months from the date of manufacturing with sealed 

GSAVE

6. Coating type: Spray(HVLP), Roller 

7. Initial manufacturing viscosity Zahn #3: 14 ~ 16 seconds 

Maximum usable viscosity: Within 25 seconds (Spray,roller) 

8. Heat-resisting temperature: 450℃ 

9. Storage period: 10 months from the date of manufacturing with sealed.

GPLUS

1. Finished conditions : Clear 

2. Dry Time : Dry to Touch 5 ~ 10min | Natural dry | Low-temperature drying (60℃*20min)   

3. Solid volume ratio : 14%  ISO3233 

4. Recommended film thickness :1~3㎛ 

5. Theoretical coating ratio : 155~31㎡/kg In the plane 

6. Specific gravity : 0.92±0.01 ASTM D1475  

7. Coating type : Spray, Dipdrain, Dipspin  

8. Viscosity Zahn #3 : 12±1sec  

9. Storage period : 12 months from the date of manufacturing with sealed
