BISTECCA TIRAMISU
We use four different types of coffee beans to get the best espresso syrup. We've come up with the perfect ratio. After blending, We roast the mixture of coffee beans and use the extract. Then, we add certain amount of sugar and purified water.
After we let the lady fingers soak into espresso syrup and get moisturized, we place the lady fingers in a container or a dish evenly.
After that, we pour the mixture of fresh cream , eggs and real mascarpone cheese over the layer of lady fingers. We use fresh cream and mascarpone cheese produced in Italy and make sure that they are managed at the certain temperature for the consistency of the flavor.
We cover the top with the famous French Valrhona cocoa powder and refrigerate them for at least 24 hours and let the flavor get richer.
