1. Remove oil and debris using remover pad
2. Choose rod based on the curl style
3. Apply glue to the back side of the rod and place it between the eyelid and eyelashes
4. Apply glue to the rod using mini stick and place eyelashes on the rod
5. Using micro brush, add a drop of perming solution onto the eyelashes, apply evenly,

   and wait 6-7 minute/12 minute
6. Using remover pad, remove perming solution completely
7. Using micro brush, add a drop of neutralizer onto the eyelashes, apply evenly, and wait 6-7 minute/12 minute
8. Using remover pad, remove neutralizer completely
9. Remove rod and apply essence
