Film: PVB or DuPont SGP

Film thickness: PVB: 0.38mm, 0.76mm, 1.14mm, 1.52mm.

SGP: 0.76mm, 0.89mm, 1.52mm, 2.28mm.

Glass thickness: 10mm+10mm, 12mm+12mm, 15mm+15mm, 19mm+19mm, three layers or more layers glass is no problem.

Max Size: 13000mm x 3000mm. 

Features

1. Extremely safety: even glass broke, it will not hurt people or animals, because the glass are bound by PVB, when it broke, the chips will not fall down.

2. Energy efficiency:  PVB or SGP interlayer impedes the transmission of solar heat and reduces cooling loads.

3. UV-proof:  insulates most UV while allowing visible light to enter, thereby protecting furniture, carpeting and indoor decorations from aging and fading.

4. Sound control: PVB or SGP interlayer is an effective absorber of sound.

Application

Laminated glass is widely used in building glass, such as glass curtain wall, stair steps, partition, balustrades, etc.
