Graphite electrode is our main product. Our advantage for Graphite Electrode is: We can produce diameter from 100 MM to 800MM (For DIA bigger than 650mm, it is RP GRADE). And different grades according to user’s request.
Ⅱ:Graphite Materials – Blocks / Rods
Mainly about two series: grain size in 0.8MM and 0.04MM. Pressure is of vibration, extruded, mould and ISO.
Our advantage for graphite rods in grain size 0.8MM is: We established a fresh grade MP2 which has perfect inner micro-structure. It can be used as structure materials.
Our advantage for graphite block/rod in grain size 0.04MM is: We have more available sizes. If the requested quantity is 20 tons MIN, we can produce a new size according to user’s request. And now we begin to produce ISO graphite block.Ⅲ: Graphite CNC MACHINING
Our advantage is: We can produce graphite products according to user’s special request by drawings or samples, with materials from our group, or with materials from Japan or Europe.
