The buckwheat noodles of Jinseong General Foods are chewy than those of other buckwheat noodles.
With genuine know-how, we can make our buckwheat noodle that perfectly mach with other dishes and ingredients
Cooking method :
1. Pour suitable amount of water into a pot and boil.
2. Put the noodles in boiling water and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Check the surface is cooked.
3. Remove it and rinse it in cold water 2 to 3 times to make a sari.
4. Add buckwheat sauce, chopped cucumbers, chopped green onion, radish juice, seaweed flake, and wasabi.
5. It makes delicious buckwheat noodle.
