Pioneer Herb Industrial Co., Ltd. devotes itself to research and production of plant actives, our company has formed a complete layout of industrial chains after many years. It has 5 subsidiaries, involving Shanghai JiuSi industry Co., Ltd., Pioneer Herb Holding Co., Ltd., Xichang JMD natural pigment Co.,Ltd. and a branch in Chongqing, Covers a total area of more than 667 hectares in Xichang, Mianzhu,and Chongqing, where mainly grow vegetable ingredients coming from broccoli, dendrobe, rose, cactus and so on, hence, 25 percent of ingredients can be given by our own plantation. nowadays, the annual output of our company for plant extracts is up to 5,000 tons, of which plant essential oil can reach 1,000 tons, product line of plant extract is equipped with a complete set of production equipment under the demands of GMP, such as preparation of pure water, extracting through psid, tubular separation, cryoconcentration, spray drying, resin and silica gel chromatography, etc. Those advanced equipment and technologies and scientific manage system can assure stability and pure content of product quality. In 2014, our company had 10,000 square meters of manufacturing shop for a new project, which is planed to put into production in 2015, productivity by then will be getting enhanced further.

Some famous research institutions in domestic, Shanghai Engineering Technology College, Hangzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences, etc. , give assistance to undertake R&D work of Pioneerherb holding, we have the support of a dozen of famous experts from homeland and the rest of the world serving as a consultant team, for which team Japan's agricultural expert, Mr. Komori, acts a very important role in it.

QA

QA department complys with advanced standard ISO9001 and 2000/ISO14001 management mechanism according to the demand of the state. to conduct supervision during production. Currently, our QA has 11 people who assure the normalization during the whole production process, in addition, we have been expanding our QA team all along.

QC

We have 17 people for QC, which coordinates and cooperates with QA for doing quality control well to make sure both the accuracy and the scientificity of test method and testing result. and have advanced quality analysis testing equipment, such as HPLC(high performance liquid chromatograph), gaschromatograph, UV Analyser.
