HIFU is delivered into SMAS(Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System) , fascia, deep dermis and subcutaneous fibrous tissue and increases temperature.

When the temperature increases to more than 47℃ (the threshold of protein denaturation), the coagulation zone is generated. The zone is filled by the tissue/muscle surrounded and in this moment, skin and muscle get elastic and the wrinkle gets tightened.
