Mauritanian Octopus usually lives near shore, is fished close to 15 meters deep and eat basically clam and crustacean, which provide it a special flavor.

The octopus arrive alive to the cold-store where is frozen as quickly as possible in order to do not lose any of its excellent attributes.

We suggest ten different sizes (from T1 to T10). The animal´s life is about one year, so the T1 is the oldest octopus.
