Shipping:

1. Products are shipped via EMS.DHL.UPS, TNT and HK air mail . 

2. We Provide Dropshipping Service.

3. 5 days delivery upon receiving payment if the qty is lower than 1000pcs and it is  not customized product. 

4. In order to ensure you receive your order tax free upon import, we declare lower value. 

5. Shipping via EMS.UPS.Fedex and TNT express usually takes 3~7days dependent on the destination country

6. Any import charges or fees are buyer’s responsibility.    

Payment: 

1. We accept pp ,Western Union and Bank transfer.

2. 30% deposit and 70% before shipping. 

3. No payment collection. We only can deliver goods after getting full payment. 

Warranty: 

1. All products are subject to 0.5 year warranty period, otherwise it will be specified in item ads.

2. Defective item should be returned to us within 5 days of delivery. Only defective product will be offered exchange or refund.

3. We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us.

2. DO NOT put the e-liquid into the centre hole.

3. ALWAYS Prime the tank initially. 

The coil should be wet by dripping 2-3 drops of your desired e-liquid onto the coil when using the atomiser for the first time or even after cleaning. 

To avoid any leaking tighten the screws after filling the e liquid .

4. Let the device stand for at least 10 minutes to allow the e-liquid to be absorbed into the coil chamber. 

***This helps prevent a burnt taste when first used.***

 5. In order to avoid a burnt taste coils should be cleaned every 5 days if used very frequently. 

Please replace coils every 2 weeks for those who use the mod more frequently.             Coils and accessories are available from our store.
