│ DESCRIPTION │
Wando Abalone Marinated Abalones are carefully made. First, take live abalones, and thoroughly clean and steam them. After that, they are placed in seasoned soy sauce.

Wando abalone marinated abalones made by Wando Abalone Co., Ltd., are steamed to retain the distinctive scent and taste of abalones, and specialty soy sauce are used as marinating liquid to pass down old taste of Korea.
abalone marinated abalones are low in fat and high in amino acids from long time ago, so they are good for weak people or patients, and contains lots of vitamin B1 and B2, so brain function is vitalized and helps to relieve fatigue, so they were health food consumed in the palace. This product is derived from Jangajji (pickled foods) and Jeonbokcho (braised abalones). Jangajji is one of the storage foods representing Korea, in which vegetables such as peppers or garlics are pickled in soy sauce, hot pepper paste, doenjang (soybean paste), or vinegar so that they can be kept and consumed for a long time. Jeonbokcho is braised abalone, in which abalones are simmered in soy sauce seasoned with various seasonings.
Wando Abalones are packed with whole abalones, which were fed Miyok and Dasima as the main diet, so the enzymes in the marine algae existing in the intestines of abalones are perfectly contained. Marine algae such as Miyok and Dasima are wellbeing food containing abundant amount of glutamic acid, which gives the flavor, as well as alginic acid, calcium, iodine, laminarin, vitamin C, and dietary fiber.
