Regenerative materials selection 

The regenerative combustion system adopts the anti-erosion high purity corundum regenerative ball.

Advantages :

1. Because of the long flue gas exhausting time, the unpaired regenerator with less burning and more exhausting solution should adopt the anti-erosion high purity corundum regenerative ball which has good regenerating ability.

2. The high purity corundum regenerative ball can be washable and reusable, as the regenerative ball does not stick ash, so only need to release them out to clean the ash and then to pack them well again, no need wash in water.

3. Take the smelting furnace as example: The cleaning cycles of regenerative ball extend the time from 10-30days to 2-6months, and the working life span prolong from 3-6months to 12-24months, to save the maintenance and cost.

4. And once the regenerative balls are cleaned in water, it can be used as high level refractory, the supplier has the policy of replacing old balls for new, to save the ball cost for the end-users.
