In recent years, our company according to environmental prevention requirements increased highly, combined with electrostatic precipitator, high efficiency for dust collecting with high concentration, withstand high temperature, not afraid of mars with dust, long service life, simple operation, and low maintenance costs. But when terminal electric field rapped will bring twice dust, which cause a little of dust escaping phenomenon, limit the electric precipitator efficiency.

However, bag filter has high collection efficiency, won't cause dust escaping when cleaning, but operation of light furnace to put in oil is complex, if improper operation then will damage the filter bag.

To further improve the service life of filter bag, reduce operating costs, our technical staff has been carefully designed to combine the advantages of both precipitators and developed "Electrostatic Fabric Filter."

Features:

1. High efficiency of dust removal.

High dust concentration of the flue gas, when through by the unit of electrostatic dust, even if one electric field can remove more than 85% dust, when smoke reaches to the unit of the bag dust removal, only left a little amount of dust, through bag emission, the concentration can be ≦ 20mg / m3.

2. Filter bad has long service life.

A lot of dust was removed when flue gas passing through the electrostatic precipitator, flue gas arrived the bag filter area, only left a small amount of fine dust, small loads on bag, dust erode the bag lightly, cleaning times are a quarter of pure bag dust remover, thus reduced bag abrasion, extend service life of bag , pulse valve and air compressor.

3. Low maintenance costs.

The service life of filter bag can be more than five years (pure bag dust remover's filter bag service life 3 years at most, pulse valve service life is 5 years), the pulse valve of electrostatic fabric filter service life can be more than 10 years (usages frequency of diaphragm is 100 million times). And the filter bag area is small, is 4/5 of a pure bag dust remover.

4. Good cleaning effect, low running resistance

Charged dust particles has electric coagulation, small particles combine to big particles, the properties of the dust layer into the filter bag area has changed a lot, not only changed the dust particle size, but change dust accumulation state, better breathability of dust layer and better cleaning performance, greatly improve the air cloth ratio.

5. Simplicity of operator

Light furnace and put in oil in the boiler, boiler tube bursting, induce wind excessively, flue gas temperature is too high, you can close the intake valve, open the bypass-valve of bag dust collector, flue gas can only through the electrostatic precipitator, all of the above process automatic controlled by PLC program.
