PRIMER INK (LED UV GLOSSY Varnish)

Glossy ink pretreatment ink plays a role of making the printing tolerable to the printing 

media, making printing expression freer, and preventing ink film separation and 

scratches. 

It enhances the product reliability by improving adhesion and durability.

Especially, it is a pretreatment agent with high adhesion and high strength for glass 

and acryl, and it is an astounding ink-type pretreatment in that it is printed only 

on designated design area and then hardened by UV-lamp, instead of being 

printed everywhere on the printing media as being done in the case of conventional 

types. 

It is a primer with a high degree of hardness, and it is possible to use it during 

printing along with color inks, making the process fast and complete. 

Being different from painting and other pretreatment methods, it is not coated 

everywhere, but instead printed only on spots needed, making the consumption 

small and economic.

It does not have defective element caused by the secondary contamination unlike 

the conventional cases.

Discarded liquid is not generated, thus void of environmental contamination.

Also by improving the phenenomen of a head nozzle clogging, no head nozzle clogging occurs even the print is not used for a certain period of time.

PC Ink

ECO Solvent Polycarbonate Ink

Printing is able to be done on PC(Polycarbonate) materials without the need of a pretreatment, and being an ink penetrable into the material, its adhesiveness is excellent. While it shows superior durability allowing no removal of printings by an external impact, it’s been exclusively designed for using on PCs.
