HX Bun Production Line is for making Bun (French Roll Bread), including filled these buns, if with a matching filling machine (GZ-Bun Filler).

   The processing start from a dough mixer to make the dough and pass to another machine for making the sheet as per next machine doing the partition work, and next step forming the cut dough into bun shape, usually the final production is using a revolving oven to bake the buns. Nevertheless, some bun suppliers may also need to make filled buns for their customer, at this condition adding a filling machine is conveniently feasible as we have mentioned at the beginning.

Notice: About the capacity per hour, it also depends on the material which is used by operators. And, although our machine lines are designed as easy and simple to be operated by trained workers as we can, but for obtaining the best quality of the final products, we faithfully suggest all of our customers read our instruction books very carefully before formally starting up the production line.
