Product Information

CHOA X family is the only brand name of MOC-COB module owned by CL Photonics.

High-speed Sputter Thick Coating Technology(HSTCT) is applied to fabricate the Metal On Ceramic (MOC)-COB of CHOA X family.

MOC-COB has no insulation layers such as FR-4 or polymer between metal layer and ceramic substrate so that thermal conductivity from LED to the substrate becomes very high. It boasts the highest heat dissipation ability in the world.

In addition, HSTCT enables CHOA X family to show very low thermal resistance (Rth < 1.0 °C/W) and superior efficacy of 140 lm/W at 5700K CCT and high CRI of 75 Ra or higher.

CHOA X family has perfectly compact size, which will be optimal selection for all of lighting applications.
