Bugak is the traditional food that Korean kings enjoyed eating in the past. This is made of glutinous rice and kelp soup that is boiled with ancovy, shrimp, radish, onion, shiitake and other ingredients. Seaweed and kelp Bugak is also the snack for children. Bukak is very good for our health in that we do not use chemical flavor enhancers at all. We spread the boiled glutinous rice mixed with kelp soup on seaweed or kelp, make dry, and fry in oil.
