Slag Deoxidizer

This product is a deoxidizer for reforming steel slag, and makes slag generated in the process of refining rust spots when manufacturing steels by using converters in the steel mill become melting point, and thus the slag fluidity good. And the product has effects of being able to produce good-quality steels by letting separations of Aluminum Oxide (Al203), non-metal intervenient easy, and preventing diffusing phenomena into steels from impurities contained in the slag because reformed slag becomes high basicity according to time passages. Also, there are problems in deoxidization work that is executed in postprocess by partial steel melt deoxidization, and using expensive aluminum is effecting to steel costs greatly. Therefor, this product aims at improving these matters.
